Bear Creek Tutoring Program provides free tutoring services to students in need, offering the tools and resources they need to succeed academically and personally. By joining us for our Inaugural Fundraising Banquet, you’ll be helping us continue this vital work and expand our reach to even more students.
Join us for an evening of engaging activities, inspiring stories, and the opportunity to support our mission. Your presence at this event will help us make a lasting difference in the lives of students and the communities we serve.

TUTORING IMPACT HIGHLIGHTS
We are excited to share that as we enter our third year of the Bear Creek Tutoring Program, we have plans to expand to new locations. With a fine-tuned curriculum and syllabus, we are ready to bring our services to more communities, but we need your support to make this possible.
In the past year, we’ve achieved key milestones:
- Provided 1,400 meals, 2,600 hours of tutoring, and 1,575 volunteer hours.
- Invested nearly $20,000 in resources and activities.
- Registered 110 students and involved more than 150 volunteers who contributed to the development of our children.
- Our weekly average: is 25 students, 20 volunteers, and 15 children transported.
- Subjects include Reading, Writing, Grammar, Math, Algebra, Trigonometry, SAT, STAAR, ESL, SSL, Girls Who Code, and countless life lessons.
- Partnership support from BCCC, YLWM, MBBC, and many anonymous local missions.
- Recognized by the City of Irving, Irving School ISD, and a few small businesses across DFW.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support from organizations such as Raytheon, Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, and others.
We’ve made a significant impact in Irving, and with your help, we can extend this success to more locations, reaching even more students and transforming lives.
